IT4BIZ connected the public course catalog, learner portal and certificate delivery in one journey.
Challenge
The academy needed a website where healthcare professionals could choose a course and start learning, and a way for staff to issue certificates without filling out each PDF by hand.
What we built
Tilda hosted the public catalog, and SendPulse Courses handled lessons and progress. On completion, Google Apps Script generated a PDF from a Google Docs template and emailed it to the learner. Course settings were maintained in Google Sheets.
Result
IT4BIZ completed development and handed over the platform. An end-to-end test confirmed that the PDF certificate arrived by email after course completion. The client chose not to launch.

What we built
Learner portal
Learners can work through lessons, open resources and track progress. Live sessions were designed around Zoom and OBS.
PDF certificates
The workflow generates a PDF and emails it. Templates include fields for training hours and CPD points.
Documentation
IT4BIZ prepared a system overview and guides for learners and administrators.
