Gnativ Art Studio
A Telegram bot that helps visitors find classes and locations and gives learners access to their schedule, remaining lessons and subscription renewal.
Challenge
Learners contact the studio to check lesson times, see how many lessons they have left or renew a subscription. New visitors ask about classes, locations and prices.
What we built
IT4BIZ brought these tasks into Telegram. The bot offers studio information, classes, prices, FAQs and administrator contact. Learners share their Telegram contact so the studio can look them up.
Result
The studio uses the bot with clients. Learners can check their lesson balance and open their schedule in the same chat where they receive reminders.

What we built
Learner portal and reminders
Learners can see their lesson balance, open the calendar or start renewing a subscription. The bot has a dedicated reminder flow.
AI assistant
The assistant can route requests to pricing, locations, the calendar or the payment flow. Rescheduling requests go to the administrator contact flow.
Administrator contact
A dedicated menu option connects users with the studio team when a question needs human attention.
